Why Invest In These Programmes?

Our Inspirational Leadership and Collaborative Leadership programmes have helped leaders improve their performance (and the bottom line) in a variety of international organisations.  The workshops take participants through a cumulative development process which enables them to build a practical and achievable plan that really makes a difference.

Each of the programmes is focused on the individual within the context of the organisational issues and goals. They are run in two parts, with each part taking place over sequential days to increase commitment to the process and ensure a high level of focus in order to deliver immediate results. They take an action-oriented approach to enhancing leadership capability by reviewing current skills and performance through to a focused action plan to demonstrate real results for both the participant and the business.

Programme Objectives

 

As a result of the programme participants will:

  1. Thoroughly review the current situation in order to identify the key business, leadership and personal issues facing them as leaders, and be committed and motivated to tackle them.

  2. Develop personal insights into their own leadership style and know which strengths to leverage.

  3. Understand how these strengths link to and can amplify the organisational values; where differences exist they will understand how to manage the gap.

  4. Develop a clear vision, strategy and goals for themselves as leaders, for their teams and for their future development.

  5. Identify and address the key strategic performance actions that they need to take in order to improve their own performance and that of their teams.

  6. Practice how to coach and give feedback to team members to deliver optimum performance.

  7. Develop leadership skills such as influencing, coaching, handling conflict, delegation, and giving feedback.

  8. Develop a clear and focused action plan which addresses the key business and personal challenges they face as leaders.

Format and Delivery

  • As a minimum these programmes are delivered in two workshops several months apart.

  • 12 – 16 participants.

  • The programmes can be adjusted as needed, but typically part one is 3 – 4 days, and part two is 2 – 3 days.

  • Optional additional workshop focusing on coaching.

  • Delivered face to face or online, tailoring the programmes to your needs.

  • The programmes will be delivered via inputs from the leadership coaches in the main group, as well as breakout sessions for individual, pairs and small group work. 

  • The participants will also form into pairs who will be encouraged to support one another throughout the length of both programmes.

  • Where possible, we utilise people from within the business to help deliver the programmes. This ensures a greater level of company understanding, and increases commitment to the process.

This investment over an extended period means that the organisations see a real payback in terms of changed behaviour and bottom-line results.
