From the outset Antony was welcoming, reassuring and present at our meetings. I worked under Antony's leadership for the best part of 8 years. The crowning achievement for me was working with Antony on developing the foundations for training plans across C5's Managed Services teams. These training plans set the foundations for new recruits into our Managed Services team and served as a guide/pathway towards career progression for our technical resources.
Antony was instrumental in bringing Change Management, Risk Management and Continual Service Improvement Management to C5 Managed Services and later to the wider C5 organisation. Antony not only provided the knowledge on how to manage these processes but also the tools to be able to track progression of said processes.
