Format and Delivery

This programme is delivered over 3 days, either consecutively or as individual days typically no more than one month apart.

Additional coaching available to support the process if not run as consecutive days.

The programme will be delivered via inputs from the leadership coaches in the main group, as well as breakout sessions for individual, pairs and small group work.
